You can’t spell Christmas City without “c-h-r-i-s-t-k-i-n-d-l-m-a-r-k-t”

The most wonderful time year is nearly upon us.
While some may actually “enjoy” their Black Friday tradition of fighting through angry crowds at mega marts, let me encourage you to take a different approach.
Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem opens its doors on Friday at 10 AM. Its arguably the best way to get the ball rolling on your Christmas spirit in the Lehigh Valley. If you’ve never been, check it out. It’s hundreds of craftspeople from around the world selling their wares, musical performances, glassblowing, ice carving and oh-so-much more seasonal merriment.
Oh, and don’t forget St. Nick. He’s there too, in all his general holly jolly-ness.

The online home of Christkindlmarkt is at http://www.artsquest.org/ckm. Check it out. There’s even a link to get a coupon off admission.
The actual home of Christkindlmarkt is located at Spring & Main Streets in downtown Bethlehem.
So this year, start a new Black Friday tradition and come walk that turkey day calorie-overload off at Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem!
